My appointment was scheduled very quickly. Denise, the laser tech, was very good about explaining the procedure. Day of appointment, I did not have to wait. I completed the paperwork and then taken to the procedure room. Now after a month, I can see a difference in my facial skin blemishes. Glad I purchased 3 visits.
