Everyone at Yoga East-Holiday Manor was warm and friendly. The teacher Becky made sure that I had assistance as needed. It was over all a wonderful experience. Ann and Trish(?). I cant wait until my next time.

Everything about my first session (Beginning Yoga) was great. Great instructor, very good explanations throughout, calming, non-judgemental atmosphere, provided all necessary props,.
