The flatbread with figs, sausage, goat cheese, and Carmelized onions was out of this world. Service was great, but slow paced (not slow, but just let us enjoy the food.)

Don't forget your alcohol if you you desire, its byob! Great food. We had chicken parmesan and ribs. So good.

Prices may be a little high but the food was good. Only 1 other couple while we were there at 5:30 p.m. and unfortunately the man's voice was loud and made it hard to carry for us to carry on our own private conversation. That is not Bite's fault; just a comment. Would recommend the salad be served on a little bit bigger plate so that you don't end up with salad on the table as you're trying to eat it.

Food is amazing! Well worth our 30 minute drive. Lovely atmosphere, staff always gracious. Owners are always accommodating to our vegetarian diet. Really appreciate that everything is homemade and that they use some local and organic ingredients.

Make reservations. Bring your own bottle (wine/beer).
It is too far away to order take out, but I would if I lived closer. Food is excellent!
