At first I wasn't happy with the service. I thought they could have done more. I called and he told me to come back and show him why I wasn't happy. He said he'd do what it took to satisfy me. Actually he went beyond what I wanted. I would definitely go back.

The computer was dead when I brought it in to them, but when they were finished, The computer would power up, but it still didn't work, couldn't get internet to work without freezing up. I don't think they checked it out before giving it back to me.
