There was a young man who was working there and he wasn't very professional a little too laid back for a business.

I was wondering why the message table/bed was not warm. It may be because it's summer? Not sure but that was the first time I have not been on a nice warm massage table/bed.

Just not the same "experience" as other salons visited for the same services for similar rates.

Esthetician was very sweet and had a nice firm touch. Atmosphere was lacking in the facial room. Bright light, no music, was not given a wrap so I could remove top and get the benefit of the neck massage. No shoulder, back or foot massage as I've had and enjoyed at other salons.

I did not feel the facial was done in a very relaxing atmosphere, lights were left bright, no music, it just wasn't very professional . I have had facials before at other places and it wasn't even close to any of them, Hopefully this will help them.

the guy at the front desk sat with his feet up and was rude. the girl that did the facial was nice
