Too soon in my 5-treatment schedule to tell. They had extenuating family circumstances to excuse their rush on my appt. I'm just glad that they didn't cancel my appt.

I came into contact with at least 3 staff members. Not one stafd member was introduced to me. The office was chaotic. The waiting room was small and seating was inadequate. The lady who did my procedure did not explain it and she seemed uneducated.
