Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. I called 8 times over three days, leaving messages with the receptionist. Finally, I asked for the owner, who said that I should not be leaving messages there, but should contact the person who would do my services. At the time, I didn't know who that would be. Then, I tried to set up an appointment, but could not get in. Then that person left and I was unable to get the service that I had purchased. Luckily, someone tried to straighten out the mess and I was offered another service

I loved the Salon! I had an enjoyable experience. Breanne was very professional and friendly. She listened and cut my hair EXACTLY like I wanted. I've been to numerous salons around Lubbock and have never been treated so good. Thanks so much for the awesome service. It means SO much!

I have liked all the staff I have come in contact with but it would be an improvement if they would not discuss conflicts between personnel with the owner in front of clients. Also to keep interuptions to the minimum.
