Great Dr, excellent supporting staff

UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DONT GO TO AMERICAN VISION NEXT STORE!!! Sterling optical is a relaxed atmosphere with extremely helpful doctors as well as counter workers. They got me into exactly the right frame for my face, and got my prescription right

First, I will say the doctor was WONDERFUL and the staff also very good. My only problem is there was nothing telling me when I purchased this that although you get $200 towards glasses, there is a fee for the lenses and that fee was $199!!!! So, Between the free exam, and $200 off frames (which I wasn't shown any less than $275, and I did mention that price was a factor for me)there was the additional $199 for the lenses, my total was over $300!!(plus the initial $21 for the deal). Unfortunately, as wonderful as the staff was, this fact will keep me from recommending Sterling Optical to anyone I know.

The eye exam and dr were excellent but the glasses are expensive. They don't tell you that no matter what frames you pick you still have to pay $159 for the lenses. Better to get the exam and pay$50 and get the glasses elsewhere

I had a very tough time here. This "promotion" equal almost the same as the in store value without promotion. When I asked to use the value toward an eye exam they refused.

Terrible attitude of the owner The Optomotisr was lovely Equiptment needs to be corrected Wouldn't reccommend at all
