Very happy with my color and haircut with Kendra. The first time she ever met me, I showed her a picture of the style I liked and did exactly what I wanted,

I was pleasantly surprised. Although Melissa is young, she is quite an expert.

I was happy with my hair cut but I was not happy with my hilight I feel that I did not get what I wanted in terms of color...very very disappointed!

This was the best package I ever got and the best highlights I ever had done. I walked out with my hair exactly the way I wanted. Will definitely go back. Suggestion would be to continue to offer package deals for returning customers maybe a punch hole card, a free service with the purchase of something else. Overall very pleased!
