Extremely happy with Centre Yoga! I attended my first class today and the instructor, Amy, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. After seeing what Centre Yoga has to offer I am eager to go back for more classes ASAP!

Iove how they walk around and help you with your form and they offer beginner classes to introduce you to the basic positions

Went last night for Allison's class. Awesome! Wasn't expecting such a great workout and nice relaxing end to the class. Loved it!
