I hit some traffic and was late for my appointment. They still made me feel welcome and helped me relax from how stressed I was getting there on time. I really enjoyed the facial - I wish it was 10x longer because I could do it all day! The esthetician had a lot of awesome insight about tackling my particular concerns about my skin. I left feeling relaxed and with glowing skin. Loved it!
