The level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and that of most places of businesses. The employees were personable. They communicated all phases of their assessment, service and my options to me before, during and after providing such services. This instills trust in the Center. The representatives of Express Oil Change and Service Center showed me they value my business and me as a customer. Accordingly, choosing to give my business to the Center and to refer others are a given.
