Enjoyed the massage chair for the pedicure. As a runner, I'm not a fan of the scraper being used on my heels & actually thought it was illegal for them to be used in salons anymore. And for the manicure I like rounded nails, which is what I walked in with, & surprised that the technician squared them off without asking what shape I'd like. I didn't realize they were being squared off until after she'd finished shaping & at that point I didn't want to insult her or make her re-work. Everything else was great & people were friendly!
