Very nice staff and facility. Looks a bit small from the outside which is very deceiving. There are a ton of different walls to climb and I was surprised at how tall they were. Our kids had a blast.

The staff were awesome. None of us knew how to do anything when we walked in but they explained everything and we had a great time and are raring for more!

The staff were very helpful. It was kind of crowded, so we sometimes had to wait for a Climbing spot. Our family enjoyed our time their very much.

The attendants at the desk were Awesome. We had a large group of chaotic young kids. The workers got them in their shoes and harnesses, and did a good job of explaining the rules at a level the kids could understand. Everyone had fun!
