Was a wonderful trip overall! The only negative for me was there was no follow up email sharing additional flight details, etc., as was indicated by the original confirmation email. Was uncomfortable not knowing exactly where I was going since we were traveling from Milwaukee and had not been to Madison airport before. It turned out not to be a big deal.

Poor management, my wife and I had separate seats assigned at the Rose Bowl. The one excursion they planed LA Tour myself and six others did not have a seat on the Tour Bus and we where unable to go on the Tour we had prepaid them for the Tour. They made promises that are today not kept.
