I was impressed by the personal consultation, it was nice to really get listened to .. along with the pictures and suggestions of haircuts .. The haircut turned out great .. short and easy to take care of .. I would recommend this salon if anyone asks me ... I will be going again to the salon for the trim to keep this haircut the same. I am glad I found this salon

The customer service is not great. Very hard to get an appointment. I called once and left a message and no one ever called me back. I bought 3 blowouts and I probably won't be able to get them all in thanks to their unavailibiltiy.
