We had a great experience at Oasis!

I would not do the mommy, me & day spa again. It felt rushed & not relaxing. The massages were poor quality. I have usually had good experiences otherwise.

Good experience, but too many people at one time

It didn't feel very spa-like. People seemed unorganized and I don't think my service would have been worth the full price.

Staff was short in tone and patience. Talking over me or interrupting. Not warm or friendly and made no effort to have us enjoy a "spa" atmosphere or experience. We were services in a hallway traveled by others. We weren't even comfortable, let alone relaxed. Service was sub-optimal, to say the least. They even used the same towel to dry the feet of the person I was with, as well as my feet. Unsanitary, not to mention illegal. I would never go to this business again and I would strongly discourage others from doing so.

Not friendly, unorganized, dirty, need new equipment, unprofessional. Will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

I think it was overbooked as we seemed to either be hurried or sat waiting. The staff shuffling us from room to room was unfriendly. The experience did not feel special.
