Can order a sandwich "unassembled" - meat, cheese, bread, lettuce, tomato, "grilled" onion, and condiments packed separate (I had planned to enjoy this pastrami sandwich the following day for lunch.) Don't know of other sandwich shops willing to do this. Very friendly staff at Kapolei location.

The food was excellent. The hamburger was prepared perfectly so that it was juicy and not over cooked. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Dine in, do not take out. I saw a pickles going out on burger baskets of those dining in. I didn't have one in my takeout. maybe not a garnish for all burgers? Fries looked really delish but I didn't want to order for take out.
