Afetr purchasing an airport run we had to change travel plans unexpectedly and reschedule our service. We found LSI Transportation to be easy to work with and willing to accomodate our changes. They were prompt in replying to emails and text in a professional manner. I would recommend them.

We had a great experience with LSI transportation! We scheduled a very early pickup (5am) to Logan airport. The driver was hit by another car on his way to pick us up. He kept in touch with us the entire time, and was able to get us to the airport in time for our flight! He was extremely professional and courteous, and our return trip was handled by the same person and went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this company.

Sam was wonderful, he followed through, although we had huge snow the previous day, sam checked on my flight and sent me message and reminders of my trip. He was on time and then picked me up after a week. I highly recommend them.
