Once I actually got an appointment, everything was fine, but if literally took months to get someone on the phone to even make an appointment. I was beginning to think they weren't a legitimate business.

I turn my Ipod touch in January since then,Broken Apple company keep telling me that they will send to me next day! It's been three months they haven't send my iPod touch yet!

They did not respond to emails or answer the phone. They said they would call me back and they never did. They told me for 3 weeks that they had shipped my ipad and would call with the tracking #. They never did. In all fairness tho, they told me that the person that the manager I had been dealing with was let go. Maybe that will solve the problem. I don't know.

They have had my product for repair for over 4 weeks without any communication. I stopped in one day to pick it up and they told me that they are having difficulty getting the parts. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
