The event was great. The staff and pit masters were friendly, engaging, informative, etc. The event was educational and helped a novice make improvements in my cooking. The advice and instructions were a huge benefit. The following day I used their rubs and made a great pork tenderloin, grilled some fruit and potatoes with what I learned that day. It was vastly better than anything I’ve previously made on my cooker. I love their rubs and will be a regular customer and look for their DizzyFest.

I would recommend having a Big Green Egg raffle. I had only heard of this grill once but learned about its versitility at the event. Now I want one, but its still a little unaffordable. To Chris specifically, have you considered creating a cookbook with your spice rubs? Especially for some of us who truly want to grill but need a grilling 101 cookbook using your rubs.

I really enjoyed your event. Loved everything about it. Maybe next time offer tents for shade. I think people would've stayed through the entire event if they hadn't been exposed to sun all day. Other than that though, seriously, it was a fantastic event. Thank you!
