I only went one time. I was told this was to be used as money off a program ( pretty expensive too). not a one month trial period. I was referred to an ap and given a pass word but I couldn't connect to it so I have no idea what kind of diet this was. I do not recommend this . I am now on Ideal Protein diet through my cardiology office --this I do recommend.
