Very good at what they do. Knowledgeable and seemed friendly but then I bought product and was WAY over charged. I felt it was on purpose because when I got home I saw the price tag on the bottles and it was double what I was charged. If I had not purchased product they would have been 4-5 stars for sure for quality and efficiency.

We spoke and I thought that we were on the same page for a hairstyle. But I got the opposite of what I thought I was getting. I was specific in saying that I do not like short hair. He was supposed to thin out my sides and stack the back. It look like a muffin top when done. I was mortified and was distraught when I left. I am still upset an there are no words on how I am still feeling a week later.
