About The Adams Mill

Housed in a transformed 1880’s paper mill, The Adams Mill bears the name of international paper extraordinaire Peter Adams. Today, the multilevel red-brick building is a spacious restaurant, pub, and banquet facility, inviting guests to dine on appetizers such as baked brie, crab cakes, or fried calamari amid those exposed-brick walls. Diners can move on to light entree salads—such as waldorf or cobb—or sample fish and chips, burgers, buffalo-chicken wraps, or other upscale pub classics. Other entrees include teriyaki chicken, 12-ounce new york sirloins, or baked shrimp stuffed with a meta filling of shrimp, scallop, and crabmeat. The restaurant also offers gluten-free selections such as steamed salmon and pan-seared chicken, as well as vegetarian options such as vegetable risotto and zucchini parmesan. And if you’re at Adams Mill during a big game, feel free to grab a seat at the bar, where there are several flat-screen TVs.

we were EXTREMELY dissapointed in our meal.:( we had lobster andbpetite filet dinner special. The lobster was not only minimal there was no juicy or succulant chunks. it was all mashed up left over pieces of meat and had a fishy type taste. not sure if was end or bottom of batch? my husbands filets were cooked as ordered ond only one of mine was. Anyway.. I was soo looking forward to our dinner but left extremely unsatisfied and dissapointed. We usually prepare for the Adams Mill to be either hit or miss but this left me sad to use dste night money on coming here once again. Sadly I have to admit I can nolonger really reccommed it as a good establishmint to get a tasty meal. Not with many

The food was extemely disappointing - it seemed like it had been previously frozen and just warmed up. Bland tasting .

Entrée was questionable - meat had a bad odor and was 'sour' to the taste. Did send back and wasn't charged (& shouldn't have been!). The manager did visit our table and offer an apology and either a complimentary dessert or drink. Staff and ambiance is nice and location is convenient. Will definitely go back, but plan to stay away from the dinner 'specials'.
