They work on their schedule not yours.

Your establishment would in my humble opinion benefit from higher quality execution of the service. My service person almost literally asked for a gratuity. I would have felt cheap leaving without tipping although I wasn't that impressed with the service.

The phone number was disconnected, staff was preoccupied with themselves and there wasnt a quiet and tranquil atmosphere.

Focus on actually doing a manicure the right way
