Please find a new way to schedule appointments. Your online system is impossible to use & wrought with error; your technicians are very nasty to the client if they ever encounter a scheduling issue (which is, believe it or not - not ALWAYS the client's fault!) . This makes for a very unpleasant environment, and even though the LHR treatments were the best I've ever had, I will not return because of the poor scheduling / customer service experience I encountered with every visit.
