Pedicure was done very well, and gel manicure was awesome. The gel lasted longer than any other place I’ve been!

The customer service was amazing. Love the green tea pedicure. Polish do not last very long, and they want a big tip. Well deserved for their service.

It was unclear what a lotus Manicure Pedicure was. When I arrived they provided a menu and told me to select. I then called over the manager and asked what was included and then he told me that it would be an additional $30. By this time they already were using a softener on my calluses which I was then told was an extra $10. The services were good, but question the method they used to up-charge me.

WORST MASSAGE WE HAVE EVER HAD... TOTALLY WASTE OF MY MONEY!!! we went today morning (Sunday) for starting our day to get rid of stress and get relax. Unfortunately, We have full STRESS during and after the massage. It was the worst experience..Please hire professional people or give training your employees...They don't know how to make massage. Both therapists have the same disability. My husband and I had a bad Sunday because of this. paying full price (price+tax+gratuity) + full stress + waste time
