When question was asked via email, did not get a response the same day. It involved a confirmation of an appointment the next day so felt a prompt response was necessary. Another question after appointment received an answer the next day. The service provided met standards expected for a good cleaning. Provider was prompt and very pleasant.

The maid was very nice and even stayed an extra half hour to fully clean every room. Doesn't get better then that.

She only clean the surface of the house, for example she doesn't clean the underneath of the microwave, toaster, cabinet, sofa....... and she is slow. in two hours she only cleaned one living room and two bathroom. I had other cleaning ladies clean for my house, they will finish all 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms and living rooms in only 3 hours.
