It was a bit of a waste of time. The instructor was more interested in talking throughout the entire lesson to convince us to buy more lessons than actually teaching us anything.

Receptionist was very rude! My mother and I went into the ball room and was placed into a waiting area and was told that someone would come get us for a 730 dance lessons. 730 came and passed and at 740 I went out to the receptionist desk to ask about our class and she replied just go into the class and see if it started. I told her we've never been to this establishment before and could she at least escort us to what room the class was being held in. She got up from her chair reluctantly with an expression of disgust on her face and showed us where the room was located. She did not say a word after getting up from the desk and she did not say a word as we passed her to leave. Costumer service is so important to me and this ranks as one of the worst experiences. We will not be back, the encounter with her ruined our entire experience
