When we arrived nothing was set up yet. And the ramps were broken so we had to pull our tubes up the hill time after time. There was never a reimbursement offered and we waited for over an hour. We ended up tubing for about 30 minutes and then left.

I was very disappointed in this "Resort". I had been to this facility a few times in the past before the new ownership and the whole family had an amazing time. This trip was nothing like we had experienced in the past. Just to start the place looked like an abandoned ghost town, there were no workers really supervising the slope to help the younger kids, the "magic carpet" or lift to get to the top of the hill barely worked. You had to wait till one person got to the top of the hill before the next person could get on. If you weighed more than 100lbs you might as well forget it and start walking up because the thing just shut down and stopped working all together. The response we got for this not working was it is cold and that it has a weight limit. It kind of defeats the purpose to go snow tubing if it isn't cold and my 2 youngest, 6 years old @ 42# and 7 years old @ 49# couldn't even get on without the belt stopping dead in its tracks. We walked up the belt 97% of the time. The landing areas were horribly slippery and so walking up made even that very difficult. We will no longer be going to this place. We will opt for a better option next time.
