I would recommend this place for any one looking for an alternative workout than just doing cardio at the gym.

Wished the had a program or package for people who have a gym membership elsewhere . Like a punch card or something. Unfortunately with my schedule I would only be able to take a class once or twice a week so doesn't make sense to me to pay for a whole month
