lots of younger people there - if you are over 25 and are just learning you might feel a little out of place

Liked the class and felt like I got a good workout, which I what I went for. The actual facility did not match the expectations created by the website, however I personally don't care all that much as I was there for the workout, its just an observation.

I was really impressed with the over all class, and the staff was super helpful and friendly

Class was great. My only thought is that you may want to limit the number of kids per class for the toddler group. I know my son got easily distracted, and was a distraction for other kids. There were a few classes that were tricky for one teacher to control.

I would highly recommend West Coast to any of my friends. The instruction is excellent. The atmosphere is fun and not intimidating. I have been going to WC martial arts now for over 6 months and I love it.
