There was one really weird trainer there that never starts on time. He wanted to sell whatever diet tea he had. The classes are for advanced cross fit people and not at all helpful for those who have never done it before. Also, there is no where to change. They have one dirty bathroom. You can't change in it because people are waiting to use it. Also, there are no lockers. So you have to leave your phone and all your othe valuables out. There is a lot of running around the building and cars are parked all around it so you worry about getting run over. Not happy.
