The overall appearance needs to be upgraded. Bad carpet & a very small massage room did not make a good impression. Staff was very nice, but my 1st thought walking in was "oh no". Happy to say that changed after my massage.

Definitely not a spa experience! One of the massage therapist used COCOA BUTTER to rub.

The receptionist was not the friendliest. The massage therapist was 25 minutes late for my appointment.
