I thought the service was very personalized and professional.

I have been there three times and never had a bad experience. It has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and I feel very relaxed there. I also like the fact that when they bring the tub of hot water for your foot soak, it is lined with a disposable plastic liner, so no worries about cross contamination.

Keep up the good work - there is a lot of competition in the area of massage, but you seem to have very knowledgeable well trained technicians that do an excellent job.

I purchased the massage for my Mom and Grandma and they were very kind to them and did a wonderful job!

I will definitely be coming back!

We received zero customer service from receptionist who never greeted us nor got off the phone with her boyfriend. The service was advertised as a "couples" massage so we expected privacy, however, the service was in a room adjacent the lobby, separated only by a flimsy curtain, with three other chairs in the same space available for simultaneous use and with plenty of noise from construction in the suite next door. Ambiance could use improvement and so does customer service skills. For these reasons, I would recommend the service but only at the discounted rate I paid, not full price.

First time there. Mimi did an excellent job relaxing feet, legs and even a quick neck and back massage. Very nice.
