Most first-timers need to pace themselves, keep working though and don't stop. Soon you will be in great shape and asking for more!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Our kids wanted to box and we couldn't find a gym that was an exclusive boxing gym. We also wanted that raw environment to work out in, which is hard to find in a strip mall.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people realize their fitness goals and elevating our kids to be champions they strive to be!
