Sunshine, the instructor, is very well versed in Yoga. She is an excellent instructor--constantly walking around the room checking out everyone's posture, position, making sure the posture is absolutely correct--and also offering alternate positions.. Her instructions are explicit and very clear.

It's a great place. Small enough so you don't feel like your just one in a crowd. The instructors are always supportive no matter what level you are at.
