Very honest - I left a $5 note in the pocket of my blazer without knowing and it was nicely put in a plastic bag and stapled to my cleaned blazer when I picked it up. The operator is also very courteous, patient, and when she found my over coat had not been cleaned properly, it was automatically sent for another cleaning.

Staff was slow and inefficient. She also didn't notice a tear in my wedding gown and I received a call about it a week later BUT it was a great deal & my wedding gown is clean. I would recommend if their service improves
