The place was not easy to find, but because of the excellent service, I will be going back. The owner remembered my name without looking at the receipt! In contrast to the impersonal service from many other dry-cleaners, this really impressed me, as well as the quality of the dry cleaning. It's a family business that has been in the area for a long time, so if supporting small businesses is important to you, this is another reason to use Coles.

Stated that they will close at a certain time and when I arrived 10 minutes before and they were already closed. Considering that I live quite far from them, it was not a pleasant surprise to see them closing early without any notice...

Inside office bldg. to far from street. Prices much higher than my usual cleaners.

what the coupon showed was not what i got charged!?

They kept a jacket for over 2 weeks and said they would call me when it came in. Well, they didn't. I went there almost every day to check on what was happening and after all this time, it had finally come in but they did not call to tell me.
