Rudeness on the part of one of the employees spoiled the experience. The owner was excellent in trying to make amends but in my opinion, the damage had already been done. The haircut and colour were great but couldn't make up for my experience with the one employee.

right away the hair stylist said my hair is so damage not once but twice --- not a good approach at all other ways that this could be said nicely.
