The students and staff are great!

This was a fun experience! The students and their teachers are incredibly solicitous, take meticulous care to give you what you want. They also take the time to get it right, so, if you're used to getting in and out quickly, budget extra time and expect to be entertained. Planned to go back, but my appointment was snowed out by a blizzard. Definitely rescheduling!

The staff used lotion and other product that had obviously past the expiration date as it smelled bad!! I used one facial and didn't go back for the other.

My nails were not done well Nail color in one hand were one shade and the other hand looked a totally different shade A student did then which was ok but I think that it should have been fixed or corrected by an instructor I was disappoited I had to tell them and show them how bad they looked I was shocked that the people there thought that his was ok to let a customer pay for a poor mani and pedi Students should learn and prices should not be this price if done by them

Just not what I expected. Yes, it was a school, but the services were not worth the money spent.

while understanding that the techs are students, the school's equipment is not up to par with even a mall salon. It's hard to give good service without the proper equipment. Also had limited nail color choices. Could have done a better manicure at home.

Inappropriate environment, lacking in supplies, gals was nice enough but no guidance was given to the student. Water was cold for feet and hands. It was not very relaxing or worth the money.

Really unhappy with my mani-pedi. I understand that the girls are students but to begin with, there aren't even any decent nail polishes to choose from. There was not one color that I even remotely wanted. I settled for what was there. I can go on to say that the foot bath was something I have at my own home and how sanitary was it? Sitting in a folded chair for two hours was really irritating. When I left, my new three coats of nail polish was instantly smudged and smeared due to begin led out the door right after without ant time to let dry. Not to mention, no drying mechanisms where available. I immediately needed to wipe off the soaking wet nail polish for fear that it would get all over my car and coat. So after two hours of being there, I have crappy nail polish on my toemails, my toenails look completely ridged and not smooth or even at all and I have zero nail polish on my fingers. A complete waste of time and money.
