Beautiful building. I would reccomend going in warm weather when you can enjoy walking around outside and enjoy the garden.

We arrived late and they "left the light on for us". Awesome!

We went on New Year's Eve and had a very quiet, enjoyable time. Bob Ault playing the piano during a wonderful prime rib dinner was a bonus! We will definitely go back.

If you ever wanted to getaway and have peace and quiet this is the place. There is a train that runs by but I didn't notice it one bit.

Our room was very comfortable and homey, even the trains running at night were part of the ambiance. Because the hotel was not fully booked we were upgraded to a suite. A very satisfying and relaxing stay! Hoping to do a girl's weekend there sometime next summer!

Absolutely would return. Has the charm of a bed and breakfast in a quaint, small town next to the railroad. Great restoration of an old railroad town.

I loved my room, it was quiet and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner, although a small loaf of bread or dinner rolls would have been appreciated. My only real complaint is that we stayed on Saturday night and left about 7:30 Sunday morning to have breakfast and coffee. There was NO coffee or anything offered and no convenient breakfast options were offered. This was my biggest disappointment of my stay.
