This was probably the best workout I’ve ever had. Very innovative, challenging, and helpful regardless of whether you’re advanced or a beginner. I definitely recommend it

So glad I joined Pure Energy. The instructors are awesome and the group of ladies that are there in the mornings are sweet and motivational.

So glad that I came across this coupon that I got to meet the Pure Energy fitness family. I enjoy going there to work out in my spare time. I try to take all classes Christine is teaching because she is such an amazing trainer that she helps you reach your goal. She cares about you/your goals and the most important thing is that she listens to you. She understands you. I would highly recommend this gym and all of the classes that are being taught there. Once you try one class, I can guarantee that you will get hooked! Boot Camp, Spinning and TRX classes are awesome! Makes you work out hard! You get to train each muscle group with different exercises each class. Check it out, you will NOT regret! Happy Trainings!

I'm so happy that I take classes at Pure Energy. The instructors are All professional, caring, and so friendly. I feel comfortable and look forward to learning, and exercising at Pure Energy to continue a healthy lifestyle.
