The staff was friendly and helpful and they did not try to up sale, add in, or change your program. They were realistic, and the appointments were quick. I'm seeing result and it living it!

Be ready to make the change. Make sure the time is right in your life. It is hard for me because I travel a lot and eating right is not always possible. Staff seemed knowledgeable and the doctor is delightful. I did not feel pressure to buy additional services. It was offered and I declined.

I expected more motivation and follow up with a program. Took 2.5 hours for my first visit. Not worth the price.

This place is odd. I say that because no other word seems to describe the experience. Bottom line if you want to lose weight you need to change your lifestyle. If you need to pay a coach to help you do that then maybe this is the right place for you. The staff is nice, but the facility is unprofessional. Duck tape on the floor and a presentation binder I believe an 8 year old made.
