The stylist I had was wonderful! She took the time to explain the products and why she was using them. I did not feel rushed at all.

I asked for a no more than 1" trim and lost 4" of length on my long hair.I wanted layers and got none..I cried all night and had to pay $$ for another salon to do damage control (they couldn't believe the bad cut)-btw, I did not receive a deep conditioning..very unhappy
