Small intimate non-threatening environment for my first time in a long time pilates class. The instructor was warm and welcoming and was suggestive of modified moves for beginners or those with lower back issues like myself. The atmosphere was calming and energizing at the same time. Great class.

I loved the head alignment that I received at the end of one of the yoga classes. I would really like it if all the other instructors added that piece to their practice as well ;)
