This company performed excellent services. I am more than satisfied with its end results. The floor has regained its long lost shine. The finisher walked me through every step of the process. He was timely, cordial and cleaned up all that was left behind. Highly recommended

Do NOT use this company!! 1st they say it only takes 3 hours to refinish 2 rooms, which is no where near enough time, especially if they are going to put down 2 coats of polyurethane. It looks like they didn't sweep after sanding, and just urethaned over debris. They didn't bother removing floor outlet covers or vents even though the vents weren't even screwed down. They over estimated the square footage by 40 sf and the finish bubbled and flaked off. In some places it just turned to dust. I got back after leaving town for a few days hoping to come home to nice redone floors, but instead had to spend the weekend fixing them myself.

I would not recommend the service - my floor just looks like I had it cleaned, not re-finished. I am very dissapointed
