Love the instructors and the environment! So far I'm enjoying it very much! Challenging yet not too hard as I'm trying the foundation exercises.

I feel like Jessica tailored the class to my needs and challenged me perfectly. I was sore the next day in areas I didn't even know I had muscles. Loved it!
