I'm so glad I gave it a try. I will definitely sign up after my first month. Only thing that I liked better about NYSC was they had more & updated water fountains and they had a more room between equipment. Other than that Synergy's tredmills are better and they have a much larger selection of abdominal equipment. Can't wait to be a member.

The facility is clean, not tremendously crowded and they have enough equipment for all. You don't have to wait.
