for some reason, i was skeptical after i read the 'fine print' that said i needed to make an appointment. i had already procrastinated enough since the shop is in indian trail and i am several miles from there. but finally yesterday i called, he said i could come on in, and i went. carlos was very helpful, he took me in right away and took care of my car in very short order. the service was very good.
all in all, the service i got yesterday made me feel very comfortable with carlos and this shop, i would go there for regular maintenance or if i had any kind of problem with my car.
